Does FLY Player Pro provide channels?

No, you must provide your own playlist. The app is designed purely as a media player that allows users to connect their own playlists from legal service providers.

My MAC address changed?

Switching from WiFi to Ethernet can cause in some cases different MACs but in most case MAC will not be chage.

Can I transfer my app to a new TV?

If you have a demo or yearly subscription, you can transfer your app to another TV at any time. However, lifetime licenses are permanently tied to the original device and cannot be transferred.

Why does the playlist work on my computer but not on TV?

Your TV might not support the same stream formats.

My playlist freezes or doesn't load?

Make sure it's valid and active. We can't access your playlist for privacy reasons.

I can't launch the app?

Check your internet connection before contacting support.

Does the app have an EPG?

Not built-in, but it works if your provider supports EPG.

Unable to Stream error?

Your playlist may have restrictions. We cannot help with playlist issues.

Will my live tv channel reconnect?

Yes, auto reconnect stream is working in every case.

How can I renew my subscription?

Open the flyplayer.pro page, go to Activation and follow the on-screen payment instructions.

Can I use one subscription on multiple TVs?

No, each TV requires its own activation using a unique MAC and PIN combination.

Why do I see โ€œInvalid MAC or PINโ€?

Make sure you enter the correct MAC and PIN exactly as shown in your TV app โ€” they are case-sensitive and must match your activation details.
